Since 2010 she has worked to build a portfolio including photorealistic paintings depicting mostly classic automobiles, pet portraits and people. She also works with cut magazine paper which has most recently evolved into an installation that she hopes to complete within the next year. Her work has been represented in festivals, galleries and art shows throughout Arkansas and Missouri.

Paper sculptures from National Geographic magazines
"I started making three-dimensional flowers of my own design out of magazine paper because I had an abundance of National Geographic magazines. The flowers are composed of small triangles cut from magazine paper that are glued in a circle that gradually grows smaller as I work my way to the center.
In 2019, I decided to take my paper flowers in a new direction. The idea was to create a paper flower and place it into a floating glass globe. The first flower I made did not quite fit. My four-year-old daughter saw it and asked to hang the flower in her room without a globe. This sparked an idea to create a paper installation using not only hundreds of paper flowers, but 'paper grass' as well. This project is a reflection of the redundancy of life. It is a reminder that all things take time to evolve."
