Masha Morgunova is a multimedia artist based in New York. Her recent work explores Weltschmerz and how being exposed to the pain of our world can affect individual and collective states of being. Morgunova has been awarded residencies at La Macina Di San Cresci (Tuscany, Italy); SVA: Contemporary Arts Practices (New York) and Cuttyhunk Island Artist Residency (Cuttyhunk Island, Gosnold, MA). Her works are held in private collections in the US, Italy, Russia, France, and Belgium.
