I have a varied background including experimental game development, VR design, fine art, computer science research, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Traditionally my work has involved interactive systems composed of physical hardware and software which I enfuse with emerging technology--AR/VR/XR and AI--digital game development, hardware reappropriation, and play, to foster discourse on computational technology and how technologies shape our experiences, identities, and cultural beliefs and institutions.
My current work is focused primarily in digital video animation and virtual reality, as well as academic research into forms of social interaction through virtual reality. I have been awarded numerous grants for my work developing projects such as; ARTiculation - an interactive exhibit for children, and Rules & Play - a curated show of interactive works. My work has been exhibited at FILE, Alt.Ctrl.GDC, IndieCade, fubar, 21c Museum, Tecnópolis, and the Smithsonian, among other venues.
