Morgan Syring has recently completed both a BFA in Painting & Drawing and a BA in Art History from Montana State University Billings. In 2017 they began to work as a gallery assistant at the Northcutt Steele Gallery, an opportunity that has inspired them to see from both an artist and curator perspective. Though born in Billings, they grew up moving around southeast Montana. Their memories and recent experiences in these seemingly empty locations makes them curious about where our identities touch.
