Mackenzie Curtis is a Canadian multi-disciplinary artist living in Kitchener, Ontario. She graduated with a diploma in Visual and Digital Arts from Humber College in April 2022. Recent projects explore sculpture, trauma, and fragility, utilizing a variety of methods and materials. Her work was showcased in "Dawn," the Humber Grad Show 2022, "Euphoria," 2022 winning jurors pick and first place in the category "other," and "The Mask'arade," 2021 hosted by Humber College.
Mackenzie has competed in live painting competitions such as The Brush Off 9th Edition in Kitchener, Ontario and Art Battle in Brantford. She created a collection of anatomical human hearts composed of conceptual materials representing emotional states and what It feels like to be human. The collection is titled "Humanity" and is an extension of her piece "Exposed," 2022.
