Kacie Lees (b. 1986) is a New York-based visual artist working in neon, holography and print who deconstructs light to draw connections to a collective subconscious and atomic solidarity. Over the past decade, Lees has exhibited at The Museum of Neon Art (2022, 2016) and The Museum of Glass (2023), authored 'Neon Primer: A Handbook on Light Construction' (2021, Plazma Press), received The Los Angeles Conservancy Preservation Award (2022), and has been published in PLASMA 4: International Art and Science Magazine (2018). Lees leads experimental neon bending workshops at museums and cultural institutions across America.
