Ethan H. Minsker is an American artist, writer, and filmmaker. He is the creator and editor-in-chief of Psycho Moto Zine, in publication since 1988 -2020. Minsker co-founded the Antagonist Art Movement and the nonprofit organization Citizens for the Arts. He lives and works in New York City.
