Lately I was getting caught up in outcomes I wanted for myself. Which made the present feel inadequate. And kept me in a state of frustration. Getting busy in my head and getting tired of the busyness. Figuring out what I need to do to get closer to my imagined future.

And then I saw this quote by Mark Nepo and let go.

Nothing else is required. What a lovely feeling.
