The Wildflower Paints pieces blend the simplicity of wildflowers and the daisy fleabane showing through behind with the complexity of the texture and layering of paintings. The wildflowers are captured on camera sometimes over a series between breezes of as many as 20 shots per image near and far but mostly as near as the wild side of my Brookside Dr right in the middle of Little Rock, Arkansas. These American Trumpet flowers burst forth in as many as 7 or 8 a cluster but usually have just two dominant at a time. Like the others in the series they need no color enhancement.
