An original abstract Collagraph Print, inspired by an art retreat to Silverdale, Lancs.
I scrambled up some rocks and sat perched in this landscape, whilst battling the elements I tried to capture snapshots of the scene with mixed media on paper. This was by far one of my favourite moments of the trip.
In this print series I wanted to explore how different colour and colour rub applications can alter how one collagraph plate can portray a 'moment in time' in contrasting ways.
