Water is a very comfortable place for me to be . . . I feel at home in it even though I was born in the desert. I was taught very early that water is life, life-giving, necessary, and precious. It is a place of play and of danger. To survive one must be able to be at home in it.
From the Listening to Water series, it is about adapting to change in a new environment. Releasing the old . . . Finding a better way to move through the water, to move through life. We are being called to find a way to survive our changing world. As wisdom teachers of yoga tell us, we must breathe into it.
