bleu profond tiefes blau deep blue
drawings - horizon
drawings about portraits, faces, sentiments, dialogs, questionning about our society, amibguité of our feelings. The horizon of tolerance and empathy.
ecritures - mouvement perpetuel paperwork
Works of art exploring the theme of perpetual motion, incorporating elements of stylised writing, present a fascinating fusion between the aesthetics of the human body and the fluidity of calligraphy. In these monochrome black-and-white creations, each human body is represented in an abstract manner, as if the artist were seeking to capture a dynamic, living essence, in perpetual crumbling and reassembly.
The human figures, often distorted and simplified by elegant, sinuous lines, seem to dance across the canvas, embodying an inaudible but palpable choreography. The calligraphic strokes, which evoke both writing and movement, unfold with lightness, creating a sensation of depth and energy. The strokes intertwine and merge, suggesting continuity and an infinite flow that recall the cycles of life and time.
In this striking contrast between black and white, the artist plays with light and shadow, reinforcing the idea of duality and opposition, as well as the harmony that can emerge from these tensions.
Each element of the work seems animated by an invisible force, inviting the viewer to feel the rhythm of existence, as well as the interconnection of bodies in an ever-changing environment.
Symbols and calligraphic motifs emerge from this visual dance, cargoes of stories and emotions, embracing a narrative dimension that transcends simple gesture. These works, while profoundly aesthetic, also evoke reflections on language, identity and the movement of the human soul, like vibrant visual poetry that never ceases to be in motion.
