When creating paintings and three dimensional art, my goal is to capture a feeling. Through layout and design, I determine the primary visual goal of each creation. The materials, colors and application help support my vision. Subtle hues, strong contrasts or a whimsical nod, my art shares a thread of gentleness.
I am a self taught artist and have been creating for over twenty-five years. I have been awarded public art projects and public grants. A selection of my 2D work is displayed in corporate and private collections around the country and through distribution channels with reproductions sold through national home boutiques and national chains. Recently, I have been creating sculptures that currently have public and private placements around the country.
