I've done hard things. You've done hard things. Sometimes life lines them up like it's running a buy-one-get-one special on challenges and nobody asked for the deal.
And my brain — bless it — loves to string them together into one long highlight reel of difficulty, as if there's nothing in between.
But there is.
I can let my mind swirl in the hard things.
I need to remind myself that there is space between the hard things.
This space has a flow of grace and healing,
if you let it.
