Andrew Rush is a highly regarded American printmaker and art teacher (he formerly taught at the UA College of Art and is a founding member of The Drawing Studio), who received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Tucson Pima Arts Council in 2006. This intaglio was created during a summer printmaking program he founded and taught in Florence, Italy.
