In this series, I explore light as it emerges from darkness through layered color. Each piece combines watercolor and mica with acrylic or embroidery—materials that catch and release light in distinct ways, creating subtle shifts as the viewer moves. I allow the watercolor to bleed and mix naturally, letting color find its own boundaries before refining form through successive layers. The result is a quiet dialogue between fluidity and control, softness and structure, reflection and shadow.
