Australian botanicals and polka-dot wallpaper - what a great combination! This painting is my interpretation of a still life. The abstract blooms represent the colours and shapes of Australian flowers, the vase is a throw back to an old fashioned country milk jug and the polka dot wallpaper is all me - I just love polka dots. Of course, the entire scene is on an angle as I don't like to do paint things that look normal. This painting would certainly add that pop of colour to any living room or kitchen!
