FINALIST IN THE 2019 BRISBANE ROTARY ART SPECTACULAR

A cross over between an abstract and a floral artwork, "Dreamy Florals in Wonky Vase" is a peaceful composition of blooms emerging out of a wobbly blue vase. I have purposely picked muted colours that merge together so the viewer has to study the artwork and decide for themselves what is a flower and what is part of the background.

The blue vase is loosely inspired by the Hamptons style and it sits on a tabletop made up of different metallic colours and ochres. The blooms are a combination of oranges, pinks, purples, green, magenta plus just about every other colour in the palette.

This artwork would suit someone that loves colour but not a intense, in your face colour palette and would be a beautiful addition to any household.
