Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) is a type of pressed glass tableware made primarily in the United States and Canada from around 1850 to 1910, though it began with advancements in machine pressing around 1825. The history is defined by the shift from early, ornate "lacy" patterns for small items like salts, to more complex and elegant table sets produced on a wider scale, with many different patterns and colors emerging over time.
