ANYTHING GOES

The Guild of Artists & Artisans announces its first juried exhibition of 2024, Anything Goes, the fourth annual all media exhibition in Gutman Gallery! The exhibition kicks off with an open house style reception on Friday, January 26 from 4-6pm and runs through March 2.

Anything Goes was juried by guest juror, Ingrid Ankerson, Ypsilanti-based printmaker, quilter, graphic designer, and educator, alongside Guild staff. In its biggest year yet, Anything Goes features work from 42 talented artists, representing a variety of styles, techniques, and media.

OPENING RECEPTION

The community is invited to experience the exhibition firsthand at the open house Friday, January 26 from 4-6pm. Attendees will be able to meet some of the artists, enjoy light refreshments, and listen to live music from Daniel Dinay, a local handpan musician.

New this year! Thanks to Macon Creek, our generous Award Sponsor for the Anything Goes exhibition, artist awards will be presented at the reception around 5pm to five artists in the categories of First Place, Second Place, Third Place, and two Honorable Mentions.
