While this appears to be a winter scene, it is actually the beginning composition drawing for a summer scene on New Hope Creek in the Johnson Mill Nature Preserve between Hillsborough and Chapel Hill. So many people commented they liked the work as it is that I created a version that "stops" on it at this point.
