New Hope Creek Tranquility - Diptych
A diptych of two 48" square paintings of New Hope Creek in the 296 acre Johnson Mill Nature Preserve, between Hillsborough and Chapel Hill, NC. Composed so each canvas stands on its own as a painting, but combined creates a coherent scene. Together they present a marvelous scene of water and woods, sun and shade.
Included in the 2023 'Forest Bathing' exhibit at the Thomas Stevens Gallery.
