Item description: Hutchins uses regular, everyday objects and bends, shifts, and distorts them to create a space of anthropomorphic possibilities. Furniture, drapery, and everyday objects carry emotions of fear, love, and humor, creating a vibrant discourse between our interiority and the things that take up space alongside us. Two Gods is a contemplation on materiality and form, and the sometimes lumpiness and absurdity of life.
