The Centennial Mosaic was created to honor the history of
Pennsylvania College of Technology, Williamsport Area Community College, and Williamsport Technical Institute. Stabley’s design relates to social connectedness, paths travelled, dreams, and the pleasure of learning through hands-on work. Stabley was assisted by students in a course titled “The Art of the Mosaic.”
