Wood Sprite

My daughter-in-law took this photo of my grandson wearing his grandfathers mask.
When I saw this it was around Halloween and I thought of a song by INXS "The Devil Inside."
I painted this with the Devil Inside theme.
It's framed in CA during the winter season. And that winter tree frames it up nicely.
Only my grandson is the sweetest little guy and I didn't want the painting to go in that direction.
David Karpf came up with the title; Wood Sprite
And he turned it around and now I see my sweet grandson, chatting with the tadpole/pollywog.
It was difficult to put the tree in. It was my short lived time with Thomas Schaller that challenged me to do it. And I absolutely love it.
