Inner Work January 4 , 2019
Going inward means taking a deep dive into yourself to uncover the roots, to examine them with a close microscopic eye so you can evaluate the conditions of your heart, soul and mind. All you can see is what’s on the surface. It’s easy to see what's floating on top of a lake, but if you want to know the lake you have to go underneath the surface and be willing to go deeper to reach the inner most layers of the body of water. Clean, resolve, explore the mysteries underneath to reach the depths of your soul. Once you tap into this part of yourself you’ll start to transform and emerge the true self. This process can be dirty, grimy and even painful, but when you get through the stuff what you’ll find is the very best expression, a beautiful gem called you. It’s like finding precious gold. It’s that spark that makes you!
