This is a portrait of filosopher, thinker, architect, artist, chess addict, sailor, beekeeper and a good friend of Tanya's - Philip Bitrakov.

"Philip" was part of Tanya's solo exhibitions "You my dear" 2019 in Huis Hellemans, Edegem and "Echte Mensen" in Zoersel, Belgium 2021.

In 2021 "Philip" was selected as finalist at "Nationale prijs voor schilderkunst van de stad Ieper - Louise Dehem" - Ypres, Belgium.

In 2020 "Philip" was selected for "Shelter" - an exclusive online show of PoetsArtists, curated by noted physicist/writer/collector/curator Dr. Samuel Peralta. Thanks to this colaboration this piece was later selected to be a pat of a large project, called THE LUNAR CODEX - launching the works of 3000 contemporary creative artists in three LUNAR TIME CAPSULES.
The physical painting has already been added to a new private collection, but a digital copy of it is now in line for the NOVA COLLECTION - the second time capsule of the Lunar Codex, launching in the first quarter of 2022 via SpaceX / Intuitive Machines' Nova-C Lander.
