I have been working toward incorporating the cutouts I make for my installations into my drawings and paintings. This piece was made in the tailwind of October 7, with ink handmade from guns by A Rural Pen, which I bought after the shooting of teenager Ralph Yarl. I bought it to express my disgust with firearms in the US. It conveys sadness and a feeling of resignation.
