Tea for Twenty-Two

This beautiful table setting was a focal point at an art exhibition hosted by some lovely friends in Jamaica. The table looked so beautiful that I had to paint it and capture the light on the china tea pot and silver spoons, reflections and all the amazing teacups. My aim was to keep the colour scheme soft, creamy and harmonious, whilst also pushing the colour limits and distorting the perspective, to capture the excitement of the afternoon tea party.
