Message
Slightly abstracted view across a rocky outcrop, casting strong shadows. These contrast with the sunshine, catching areas of yellowish grass on the hillside. The rugged and remote feel of the image is what I found appealing and I decided the focus should be on the larger shapes, colour and patterns, without too much distracting detail.
