Sunrises, beginnings, and the excitement of a new day inspired this piece. I superimposed a young girl, a feeling of a sunrise and the sense of the continuation of life and families. I felt as if I was watching a sunrise and walking a long distance to the top of a mountain as time passes and the girl grows from a child to a woman.
Eventually the sun sets and the cycle continues.
This piece was inspired by my niece Sarah.
