This work is based on a waterfall in the Litchfield National Park in the Northern Territory of Australia. Water is such a precious commodity in Australia being the driest inhabited continent. With higher temperatures due to climate change it is predicted that rainfall and cyclones will become much more intense and therefore much destructive and droughts more common. This means the fragile ecosystems in the waterways and landscapes of our National Parks will be impacted and may not be reversible.
