"The prompt of the month "Our Landscape" resulted in this artwork depicting a woman standing on a rocky mountain outcropping, gazing over layers of the blue ridge mountains. Here in Southern Appalachia, we are blessed with big views. Making it up to one of the pinnacles is an exhilarating experience that reminds us of the grandeur of this precious planet and perhaps it touches us on another level as well, reminding us of our great potential.
