here are 24 of 28 collages that I did in a two week period of time in Sapporo Japan using found materials from my daily exploration in and around Sapporo. The theme I created for a basis of my work was while I was exploring Shinto Shrines and Buddhist temples I compared how people in Japanese society used there cell phones to fulfill a lot of the traditional spaces in their lives that temples and shrines filled in fulfillment of relationships with a spiritual and community life.
