Meteorite Halo
13 × 11 × 10 cm
Description
“Meteorite Halo” evokes the image of a celestial relic brought down to earth — a cosmic fragment capturing the balance between the terrestrial and the infinite.
A ring of silver-finished pebbles, punctuated by vivid shards of lapis lazuli and hints of green olivine-like stones, rises gracefully from a rugged, silver-washed base. Nestled at its foundation is a natural leopard jasper / agate inclusion, its mottled, golden-ochre pattern echoing molten fragments cooled over millennia — a reminder of the earth’s kinship with the stars.
The piece suggests an otherworldly gateway: a ring of orbiting bodies suspended in time, circling a meteorite-like core. The contrast of polished halo and rugged base conjures the mystery of impact, transformation, and the cycles of cosmic creation.
