Landscape of countryside somewhere near Fort Knox, Kentucky in April, 1965, in the month before the artist was discharged from active duty in the US Army. On unidentified paper. / On the verso, printed in pencil: I was at Ft. Knox my last 8 months in the U.S. Army. Discharged early May 1965. On Sundays I often took a drive in the countryside, doing quick drawings. Many good memories of people in + out of the Army. Spence Guerin. (in signature script) at inventory time, April 2025.
