Soo Kim is a contemporary artist who lives in Glen Rock, New Jersey. Soo developed her artistic abilities by attending one of the most prestigious art schools in Korea named Sun Wha Arts.
Not only is Soo an artist, but she also has a professional background in graphic design and art direction, in which she transfers such knowledge into the composition, balance, and space of her work.
Soo uses many colorful layers of alcohol inks, gold inks, acrylics, and many other mediums to focus her work on the flow of form to create art. The development of abstractions allows the viewers to connect with a sense of play and carries the vision of feeling free in nature being open, honest, and free.
