Albert Cloutier (1902–1965) was a Canadian painter and illustrator known for his contributions to Quebec’s artistic scene. Born in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Cloutier studied at the Montreal School of Fine Arts and became a prominent figure in the province’s art community.
