Poetry is energy that allows the reader and/or listener to experience my inner-me. Ever since I could form sentences, I’ve been sentenced to a life of making sense of life by translating sentiments into rhythmic sentences. I was born to bear the burden of being the barer of truth and various views that outweigh the bad things society chooses to do, with the freewill that we foolishly abuse. (Life and death are in the power of the tongue so, living is what I choose.) I speak for those at a loss for words. If a picture is worth a thousand words, a poem is worth a thousand sentiments. ~Phetote Mshairi
