From the top of Cathedral Ledge one has a spectacular 180 degree view of the Mt. Washington Valley. Weather in the area is changeable and often changes within a matter of minutes or even within just a few miles. On a clear day, we parked and made the short hike to the viewing point at the top of the ledge and were met with low clouds which completely obscured the view. The only thing visible was the next section of rock face and yet it was a stunning scene in its own right!
