I use juxtapositions of reptilian and botanical shapes, textures and colors to create decorative pottery and ceramic sculpture. Misinterpretations of those shapes and textures, and colors in the natural environment due to camouflage, and in identification guide books illustrated without the use of shading and perspective create illusions which reinterpret three dimensionally.
Visual and verbal puns are frequently formed in the visual art and in the tiles.
