It's about comfort. It's a reassuring hand on your cheek, and the emotion that swells inside of you when you feel comforted.
I created this piece with my Mum in mind. She lives in London, and when I endure a mental episode sitting in India, I so often wish I could have this exact moment with my mum. It isn't about an enveloping hug or consoling- it's a simple gesture, absolutely pure in its unspoken intention.
