The piece was created with a clay slab, impressed with studio-made bisque stamps, then bisque-fired. Glaze decoration: Underglazes painted on and sponged back, Glaze-trailed and dipped in an overall glaze. The glazes are food-safe, dishwasher safe and microwavable.

One of a kind, unique design reflects the artist’s observation of nature and years of scuba diving, plant life, textures and terrain. Created with Cone 6 mid-fire white clay fired in oxidation to 2200ºF.
