In her graphic series "Come out and play" Sandy Lang depicts childlike figures in playful settings with a subtle subversion. All drawings are made with dots of red indian ink on paper or wooden boards. The background is made in an elaborate process by multiple stages of red dots and half transparent layers of light oil colour in order to create a reddish background of some depth.

The "Marsyasprojekt" was an arty collaboration in which Sandy Lang contributed six paintings on the myth of Marsyas alongside six poems by Flora von Herwarth and six piano suites by Alexander Kokic Schmidt. The collaboration was presented in a soireé at Mauritius Mediathek in Wiesbaden in Winter 2020.
