A pair of vintage Japanese wood fired pottery teacup (Yunomi) of Mashiko ware (Mashiko yaki). The dynamic textures and colours are created naturally by the clay, fire and ash (Yohen / Kiln mutation effect). It is excellent work with Wabi Sabi aesthetics. Made by Sato Takumi (1962-2006). The potter’s mark is stamped on the bottom. Come with original signed wooden box and paper.
