This painting is part of the Jazzman Series and is one of two that are remaining. It is an original oil painting that was inspired by jazz music that was streaming into the artist’s studio during its creation.

It is created on gallery wrapped canvas, measuring 30″x 40″ with the edges painted black, so that framing is optional. There is a lot of texture and a faint scribed in grid (squares) in the background.

Notes are coming from the musician's head as he is “inside the music” when he plays.

This painting is primarily deep, rich blue with chrome orange and yellows, and red accents.
