Having been a woodturner and carver in the recent past, I am still very much attuned to our organic world. I sometimes find myself in that in-between place of working with a solid object to one that is fluid.
I believe my art training began the day I was born. My grandmother was an artist and the walls of our home were covered with paintings from her as well as many other artists. I studied art through my first year of college and then started again a few years ago. My work now is watercolors, mixed-media, collage, and imagination.
