This was my first idea years ago when I first heard of the exhibit. Mine is a world of one-liners, advertising headlines, titles, magazine names that I illustrated in the commercial art field.

I love to draw...always have.

I began my illustration career in the second grade drawing horses for classmates at 5 cents each.

After college graduation, I learned the basics of graphic design working at UW-Madison's Publications Department. My wife, Rhonda & I began Ampersand in 1976, a design & illustration partnership. Forty-nine years later, we're still at it. Quite the adventure.
