Dances at Sunset is a painting where I embraced working on a 6 ft by 4 ft canvas and using transparent layers to overlap solid colors. The vibrant mix of bright oranges, reds, and teal, alongside softer yellows and creams, creates a dynamic rhythm of shapes and colors that feels like a dance on the canvas. This work reflects a personal shift—balancing intuition and structure as I let go and trusted the process more deeply. It captures the energy and fluidity of moments when control and spontaneity meet, marking a fresh direction in my artistic journey.
