The hustle and bustle of daily life can be stressful, tiring and draining. When that same level of busyness happens when we travel or go on vacation, we feel inspired! We find a new energy from within as we move from destination to destination. We take more pauses and pay more attention to our surroundings. This collection of three mixed media collage art celebrates the movement and sometimes chaos that occurs when traveling to a destination but once there, appreciating the stillness of the surroundings from ancient palaces, intricate architecture, modern day city skylines and skyscrapers. Specifically, this collection depicts a visual narrative of static motion that I have experienced while traveling in Jaipur, Barcelona and New York City.
